"Celebrating the life of John Jung by recognizing student achievement and helping those with addictions"

The John W. Jung Memorial was established following the tragic death of Dr. John W. Jung on August 27, 2006. Friends and family members conceived the Memorial out of a desire to further the values that characterized John’s life while helping others avoid the demons of addiction that led to his death.

 Drugs and Addictions

Billy Mays died in a similar way that John did. Cocaine caused issues with the heart resulting in complete cardiac arrest.

What a shame. There is so much of this happening in our country but most of it goes unreported unless you are Billy Mays or Michael Jackson. We need to wake-up and admit the magnitude of this problem and that we need to do more to help prevent drug abuse and successfully get those in to treatment who are addicted.
